  • Due to the space limitation per meeting, if you would like to attend, you will be required to register for a meeting via our online booking system
  • All regulations have to be strictly adhered to
  • Could we kindly ask you to only register for a meeting if are going to attend
  • Should you for whatever reason not be able to attend, please cancel your booking timeously
  • If you are feeling ill in any way, please DO NOT attend the meeting and cancel your booking



(Every person attending an in-person meeting will need to agree to follow these regulations)

  • Every person attending our in-person meetings will have to:
    • Have their temperatures taken at the door
    • Have to sanitize their hands at the door
    • Complete a screening form before entry is permitted. Download the screening form here.
    • Wear their face mask for the duration of the time you are on our premises 
    • Practice social distancing at all times
  • People will be seated 1,5 meters from each other
  • There will be no socialising before or after the service
  • People 60 years and older or people who have comorbidities are encouraged to rather attend our online meeting at 08:30am


CHILDREN AT OUR SERVICES: (under 13 years of age)

  • Children are welcome at our in-person services
  • They will need to book a seat as well, as they are included in our seat allocation numbers
  • They will also be required to be screened, hand sanitize, wear a mask, and be seated on a blanket (brought along by the parents) at the parent's seat for the duration of the service.



  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your booking is successful
  • This e-mail will be needed for entry to the service
