Storehouse Church started out as an independent Home Group in the mid 1980's. After forming a relationship with New Covenant Ministries International and a few more years of meeting in homes and other venues,
we purchased land and built what is now The Storehouse.
who are we?
we are bible based and holy spirit led
We believe that the Bible is the only acceptable standard for life, ministry, and conduct in the Church. We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit. We are a praying and prophetic people.
We believe in the priesthood of all believers
We believe that the priesthood is made up of the whole church and not just the few people who are leaders or work full-time at the church. All of God’s people should be doing the “work of the ministry” on a full time basis in their families, workplaces, schools and other circles of influence.
we are better together
We believe in family. We believe in authentic and committed relationship with one another. We encourage one another in our faith and support each other through life’s ups and downs. We strive to be a loving and giving people, led by the
example of Jesus.
we invest in the next generation
We believe that God has big plans for our young people, both as individuals and as a generation. We strive to equip and encourage them by giving them our very best resources, leadership, love and guidance.
we are apostolic by nature
We believe we must be outward-focused, answering the call to share the Good News of Jesus with the world. We believe this starts in our own neighbourhood and city, and are intentional about reaching out to the lost and needy.
